What are you agreeing to?

By using PapaTime (the iPad app, the Telegram bot, this website, or the waitlist), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use PapaTime?

PapaTime is intended for parents or legal guardians of minors. The iPad app is configured by a parent or guardian and used by children with parent supervision. You confirm you have the authority to install and configure parental controls on the iPad you use with PapaTime.

What does the private beta involve?

During the private beta the service is provided at no cost. Beta access is invitation-only. We may change or remove features, pause the service, or end the beta with reasonable notice. The data you create during the beta will not be sold or shared.

What can't you do with PapaTime?

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps.
• Use PapaTime to surveil, harass, or coerce someone you do not have a parental or guardianship relationship with.
• Resell or sublicense the service.
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringing.

What guarantees does PapaTime offer?

During the private beta, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (which during the beta is zero).

How do these terms change?

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to addresses on the waitlist or via Telegram to active beta users. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

What law governs?

These terms are governed by the law of the founder's country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Final terms and jurisdiction will be set by counsel before production launch.
